Enter cauliflower, the keto friendly vegetable that is so versatile! Once melded, the cauliflower takes on the creamy earthy notes that are perfect for this dish. Especially when coupled with the tahini, garlic, and lemon. It won’t affair that this isn’t the real deal.

Cauliflower Hummus with Harissa Crackers

Served with the hummus are these deliciously spicy crackers with a quenching crunch. They are excellent for dipping. Harissa is an fragrant glue made from chili and other spices. These fragrant, sweet, and smoky flavors augment the cumin spiced hummus and bring the dish together.
