I love shrimp with concoction sauce. Today, I got around to looking at the nutrition facts on the bottle of extra-hot concoction sauce I generally purchase…and was appalled to find a 2 Tbsp sufficing contained 20( yes, twenty !) grams of carbs!
So I’m reaching out to the recipe community for help finding or making a keto-friendly cocktail sauce so I can enjoy my prawn.
Bonus recipe , not shrimp-related:
Boneless skinless chicken breasts( I use 4) Riced cauliflower( 1 box … 16 oz ?) Salsa( I use Sadie’s red-hot, approx 2 goblets because I like it a little more moist) Sour cream, if you wish
Place chicken in slow cooker. Add cauliflower. Add salsa. Cook on low-spirited for 8-10 hours. Remove chicken from sluggish cooker and shred, then return to slow cooker and stir to mix and dampen the chicken. Use a slotted spoon to portion out dishes, surface with turned cream if wanted.
I don’t have any nutritional intelligence except that there are minimal carbs.
