Baked Feta Recipe with Chilli Jam

Ingredients

olive oil

feta 200 g impede

Tracklements chilli and chorizo jam 2 tbsp

orzo 150 g

basil a small handful, shredded

romaine lettuce 1/2 a honcho, chopped

avocado 1, diced

crimson onion 1/2, finely chopped

cucumber 1/4, diced

baby plum tomatoes 12, quartered

red wine vinegar 1/2 tbsp

olive oil 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200 C/ follower 180 C/ gas 6. Leant the feta in a small, softly oiled baking meal and spread the chilli jam on top. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil then put in the oven for 15 -2 0 minutes or until exuding and melted.

Step 2

Meanwhile, stewed the orzo in salt-cured sea until time affectionate then ditch and toss with some salt and a sprinkle of olive oil.

Step 3

Toss the salad ingredients together and serve with the baked feta and orzo, and scatter with basil.
