FRIED ICE CREAM CAKE Fried Ice Cream Cake is induced with softened ice cream, whipped transcend, mashed corn snowflakes, cinnamon and showered with honey and chocolate. Do y’all recollect Chi-Chi’s restaurant? As a kid, “its one” of my favorite targets to eat dinner. I would ever fiat the beef chimichanga and for dessert- fried ice cream!

IS FRIED ICE CREAM CAKE EASY TO MAKE? I almost think it smells better than the deep-fried ice cream that I remember as a kid. It’s super easy to make and the whipped exceeding added to the ice cream keeps the ice cream from going rock-solid and difficult to slice! WHAT CAN I USE AS A TOPPING FOR FRIED ICE CREAM CAKE? You can sprinkle this with the traditional honey or with chocolate and caramel sauces. I don’t think you can go wrong however “youre supposed to” top it! Plus there is absolutely no baking involved and you know we cherish that in the summertime!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: vanilla ice cream corn flakes sugar cinnamon salted butter whipped topping( COOL WHIP) vanilla extract HOW TO MAKE FRIED ICE CREAM CAKE:
Make the ice cream out of your freezer and cause it sit on counter for about 30 times( until lightened .) I actually sounded mine into the fridge first thing in the morning and give it sit in there for a couple of hours. It was perfectly softened by the time I was ready to spawn the dessert. Crush and measure out your corn flakes. I attained it easiest to pop them all in a ziploc baggage and just started pounding apart.
Add sugar and cinnamon to suppressed corn chips and budge or shake it up in the ziploc crate until thoroughly coated.
In a large skillet, softened butter over medium-low hot.
Once defrosted add the corn fleck mixture. Stir invariably for about 4-5 minutes until thinly golden dark-brown. Do not walk away and do not turn up the heat. You don’t want the carbohydrate to burn. Take off hot and allow to cool.
In a large container, compound softened vanilla ice cream, hammered transcending and vanilla extract. Use a large spoon and stir until blended well.
Spread half of the cornflake motley into the bottom of a 9×13 broiling bowl. Just press down with your hand until it is evenly spread out.
Then move ice cream mixture over corn flake motley. Spread out evenly.
Finally, exceed with remaining corn chip mixture.
Cover and pop into freezer for at least 3-4 hours to let it all set up.
When ready to serve, cut into squares and serve with a sprinkle of honey or chocolate and caramel sauces!

1( 1.75 quart) receptacle vanilla ice cream 3 cups humbled corn flecks,( measuring it AFTER they are subdued) 1/2 goblet sugar 1 tsp field cinnamon 1/2 bowl salted butter( 1 deposit) 1 (8 oz) container beat exceeding( COOL WHIP)( thawed) 1 tsp vanilla extract
