Who cherishes/ misses Cake?

I do, I do! I similarly adoration opennes. So mug patties are a no brainer!

I have concocted and tried out many, Many beakers cake recipes, and candidly, my own personal cup patty recipes have never been anything to write residence about!

They either turned out too dry, or not sweetened enough, then the recipe purposes up with too many “carbs”/ sugar not to mention calories!

OR they require way too many complicated ingredients … you know the struggle!

Well, I reckon I precisely may have come up with a winner!

The best report is you can find these ingredients at your neighbourhood Wal-Mart!

There’s nothing more frustrating than salivating over a recipe- exclusively to find out that you need like 6 ingredients from Amazon.com!

So erase your salivate, you’ve come to the right place.

Plus, this mug patty is lane Keto friendly at time 5 net carb and under 110 calories- depending on hammered paste usage!

Ingredients 1 table spoon PB fit or PB fit with chocolate( my husband prefers really PB for a more peanut buttery taste- I will post the differences among carbs and calories at extremity of berth)

1 table spoon of cocoa pulverize, I use Hershey’s by Great Value Pinch of pink sea salt( or whatever salt you have on hand !) 1/2 teaspoon cooking pulverize 1 egg white 1 teaspoon heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon of melted butter 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of irrigate

Step 1.

Use a separate bowl( or mug) to desegregate your dry ingredients, PB fit, cocoa pulverization, baking powder.

By the course( ooh Something burnished!)

Did you know that baking powder has carbs ?!

I was scared and was forced to change my 4 net carb jugs cake to a 5 cyberspace carb pot cake! But, at the least I know now!

If you’re really concerned about that extra net carb( especially at 20 per day) has no such nervousnes. Here is a space to cut that multitude in half! Substitute with ointment of tartar and baking SODA. Here’s a Low Carb Baking Powder Recipe.

And we’re back to the recipe with Step 2.

Separate your egg white, the egg white is what forms this recipe so moist. Include your HWC, softened butter and beat it! (” Whip it good !”)

Concoction in your liquid& liquid sweetner of pick.

I personally enjoy this new-ish liquid splenda, there’s no maltodextrin, pretty much only sucralose and water.

Step 3.

Stir in your baked ingredients.

Mix, combination, mix until smooth.

Step 4. Ok I know you’re getting anxious …

so articulated that babe in the microwave once, preferably for one minute.

My microwave is 1000 watts and it came out excellent!

Now all you have to do is top it off with some whipped ointment, obstruct from your kids, spouse and pets and DIG IN!
