Jessica Enslow’s Daily Diet:

Alternatively, 1/2 goblet of cubed tofu, 1/2 beaker of lettuce nuts, 1/2 beaker of sprouts cooked on stave surpas in either 2tbs teriyaki or sweet chili sauce on 1/2 -1 entire beaker of unpolished rice sprayed with soy sauce.
