Last week Jonathan interviewed a neuro-rockstar — Dr. Wendy A. Suzuki about her her personal expedition to propelling her new notebook: Healthy Brain, Happy Life.
Wendy Suzuki operates an interactive research lab at New York University, where her research are concentrated on understanding the patterns of ability act underlying long-term reminiscence and, most recently, how aerobic usage might improve our hear, recollection, and cognitive abilities.
