Vegan meat alternative symbol Tofurky is branching out into the world of sugared analyses with the launch of its brand new collection of plant-based cheesecakes, as well as frozen plant-based meat pockets.
Vegan meat alternative firebrand Tofurky is diverging out into the world of sugared treats with the launch of its brand new wander of plant-based cheesecakes after it debuted an espresso cheesecake as one of the purposes of its limited edition holiday feast package in 2018.
The cheesecakes are available in three lip-smacking flavours: Moocho Triple Berry Swirl, New York Style Vanilla, and Chocolate. Single provides are priced at $3.99 and will be available to purchase from health accumulates and retailers from May 2019. Tofurky has also confirmed that multi-pack sizes will too be available so clients can get their sugar fix.
Announcing the launch of the wander of vegan cheesecakes, Tofurky CEO Jaime Athos said: “After including a plant-based espresso cheesecake in our limited-edition holiday feast packs this past year, we received overwhelming the information received from both consumers and retailers asking to include the concoction in chilled bakery and frozen dessert lawsuits year-round.
” After revisiting the branding, carry, and recipe, Moocho Cheesecakes was born. We have called the sub-brand Moocho because we felt a milky, sugared concoction like cheesecake would be better suited to dairy-inspired labelling than the savory, protein-anchored Tofurky brand.”
Not only is the company launching a range of cheesecake, it’s also reintroducing its strand of previously finished frozen plant-based meat pockets in four delicious flavors that are perfect for when you thoughts something quick and savory. The plant-based pockets are available in four aromas: Pepp’roni Pizza, Ham& Cheddar, Broccoli& Cheddar, and Turk’y.
