Hello out there, joyous Monday, and Merry Christmas Eve, if you celebrate that festivity! I’m up neat and early on this holiday because I’m gearing up to go to an early morning Xmas Eve workout at my gym before a lovely epoch at our mansion, dining all the things and playing all the games. I’m also thinking up a exercising for Christmas Day to help keep me on track during the holidays while cookies continue to somehow is an indication in my hands every 10 minutes.

Holidays use to really stress me out. I would end up gobbling more meat than usual, drink more than I usually do, then I would wake up the next morning to a swollen organization and be devastated. It would impel me feel like all the effort I put in recently was for nothing. Like I had made 20 paces back in that short-lived holiday week. But now I know that’s not the case. Sure, I’ll be a little swollen from sugar and extra water weight, but I also know this time will pass. Christmas Day is tomorrow and after that day, all the carbohydrate will be gone from the house and I’ll be back to a regular eating schedule. And since I kept up with my workouts over the holidays, getting back to my ordinary regime is pretty damn easy. I even share that in knowledge in my berth- Back on Track in One Week Flat.

I say all this as a remembrance that this short extent of hour doesn’t prescribe your part year. Or month. Or even week. It’s a term where there is temptation around every area and we give in because of all kinds of different rationales. And that’s ok. Because since you’ve been working so difficult throughout the year, day-to-day, these few days will only be a short window in time. The residue of its first year will dictate your future , not some Christmas cookies.

Remember to enjoy these minutes. These cinnamon rolls or pies or frosted cookies or yule record or whatever it is your family offsets, well it merely happens once a year and you should enjoy it. Because by Thursday, everything there is be gone and life will be back to a ordinary routine. Now lead enjoy the last few days of your holiday. Whether that’s by going outside or getting a exercising in or by simply stuffing your face with pecan buns- do what utters your glad over the holidays because they aren’t here for long! I’m going to kick pit off with what I love to do most and that’s work out! See you guys here tomorrow for one last-place holiday recipe…Eggnog Cheesecake Bars !!
