The Green Man inn in Fitzrovia has just relaunched as The Greener Man with a brand new menu of innovative vegan and vegetarian dishes.
The Green Man pub, located throughout the heart of London’s Fitzrovia district, is moving lettuce in 2019 as its reopens as’ The Greener Man’ as a meat-free bar with a yummy new selection of internationally-inspired vegan and veggie small-scale plates.
The new menu includes a luscious selection of plant-based different versions of classic pub starters like nachos exceeded with chickpeas and defrosted vegan cheese, crispy roasted tortillas with baked aubergine and tikka bites with raita sauce, mango chutney and flatbread crisps.
Mains include hearty recipes such as red pepper macaroni with a garlic and herb sliver, roasted squash and pepper lasagne and amok curry with sweet potato, fried okra and crispy tortillas.
The Greener Man is also offering up more decadent primaries such as the’ Dirty Chick’n’ burger, which comes acted on an old particle bun, with vegan mayo and Scotch bonnet sauce. You can also experience a place of soiled fries laden with tinga sauce, vegan off-color cheese prepare and crispy tobacco onions.
The pub is also selling a Beyond Meat burger exceeded with vegan cheese, vegan mayo, lettuce and tobacco onions in an archaic cereal bun. For all the persons who wish a traditionally bred meat-free burger, the bar is offering an aubergine and harissa burger with hummus and vegan off-color cheese dressing.
Got room for dessert? If not then you’ll just wanted to make room for the caramelised banana with pecan fragile and coconut mousse.
